On our rubric, MapleSecure scores highest for a small Canadian office, followed by Notarius ConsignO Cloud and Zoho Sign; all three publish Canadian data storage and CAD pricing. ConsignO stores signed documents only in Canada and has French documentation. Docusign follows with a Canadian data region but higher per-user prices.

How this comes up in client work
Signing is the last step of most workflows we automate: an intake form becomes a contract, a quote becomes an agreement, a lease goes out for signature. The signing tool has to fit the volume. A real estate office sending dozens of documents a week pays very differently on a per-envelope plan than on a flat one.
